Like most middle-aged Americans, I live a series of profiles more than having a specific identity. After spending 20 years in organizations, ranging from very small to very large, I have worked since 1998 as an independent consultant, under the title of President, InterConnections, LLC (www.interconnectionsllc.com) . Most of this work involves organizational change and leadership. I also stay involved in teaching through affiliations with Saybrook University (www.saybrook.edu) in San Francisco, CA, Sullivan University ( http://www.sullivan.edu/) in Louisville, KY, and Aalto Unversity (www.aalto.fi/en) in Helsinki, Finland. Since 2010 I have served as President of the Internation Federation for Systems Research (www.ifsr.org).
I live with my wife, Teri Daniel (Dean of HR Leadership at Sullivan University, and a leading researcher in workplace bullying) in the small town of Ashland, KY.
